Environmental Assessment (DIA / EIA) and Human Environment Baseline

Rigorous socio-territorial characterisation and data collection under SEA standards (Articles 7 and 8 of the RSEIA). We analyse ways of life, human groups and local production dynamics to define a technically sound area of influence, avoiding repeated review comments and accelerating the granting of the environmental approval resolution (RCA).

RCA Commitment Monitoring and Social Measures Management

Implementation, traceability and field supervision of social mitigation, remediation and compensation measures, as well as Voluntary Environmental Commitments (CAV). We turn RCA obligations into measurable, auditable action plans, protecting the project proponent in the face of SMA inspections and strengthening transparent relationships with neighbouring communities.

Technical Training, Territorial Preparedness and Methodology Transfer

Design and delivery of technical sessions and training workshops on socio-environmental regulations, impact assessment and local governance. We prepare municipal teams and neighbourhood stakeholders for constructive engagement within the SEIA, and train site crews and contractors on community protocols and fulfilment of on-site commitments.
