Services
Areas of support
The scope of each service is defined according to the project stage, the available information and the social and territorial characteristics of the work area.
01
Environmental Assessment (DIA / EIA) and Human Environment Baseline
Rigorous socio-territorial characterisation and data collection under SEA standards (Articles 7 and 8 of the RSEIA). We analyse ways of life, human groups and local production dynamics to define a technically sound area of influence, avoiding repeated review comments and accelerating the granting of the environmental approval resolution (RCA).
Typical deliverablesSocial and human environment baselines, area-of-influence delineation, stakeholder maps, socio-territorial profiles and technical briefing notes for e-SEIA submissions and addenda.
Public participation
02
Community Engagement and Public Participation (PAC)
Early engagement strategies and facilitation of dialogue between project proponents, communities and public institutions. We design participatory methodologies and field engagement protocols that prevent socio-environmental conflict, building legitimate agreements and ensuring the project's social viability.
Typical deliverablesEarly engagement plans, PAC workshop design and facilitation, georeferenced agreement records, territorial intervention protocols and structured summaries of stakeholder comments.
03
RCA Commitment Monitoring and Social Measures Management
Implementation, traceability and field supervision of social mitigation, remediation and compensation measures, as well as Voluntary Environmental Commitments (CAV). We turn RCA obligations into measurable, auditable action plans, protecting the project proponent in the face of SMA inspections and strengthening transparent relationships with neighbouring communities.
Typical deliverablesRCA commitment tracking matrices, supporting evidence files for SMA inspections, delivery and territorial agreement records, and periodic progress and socio-environmental compliance reports.
04
Technical Training, Territorial Preparedness and Methodology Transfer
Design and delivery of technical sessions and training workshops on socio-environmental regulations, impact assessment and local governance. We prepare municipal teams and neighbourhood stakeholders for constructive engagement within the SEIA, and train site crews and contractors on community protocols and fulfilment of on-site commitments.
Typical deliverablesTraining plans and guides, technical materials for public participation preparedness, in-person training with audiovisual and attendance records, and evaluation and capacity-transfer reports.

Let's review your project's social and territorial requirements.
An initial meeting allows us to understand the context, review the available information and clarify the scope of the service required.
The scope, deliverables, timelines and responsibilities are established in each service proposal. Where a legal component is included, the responsible professionals and scope must be defined in the proposal. Services do not guarantee the approval of permits, authorisations or decisions by public bodies or third parties.
